Intrum Justitia est en négociation avancée pour acquérir l’ensemble des activités européennes Gestion de Créances de Dun & Bradstreet

"Intrum Justitia has a growth strategy and aims to take an active part in consolidating its industry in Europe. With the acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet’s European RMS operations, Intrum Justitia strengthens its position in several important markets and becomes the undisputable market leader in Europe," said CEO Peter Sjunnesson.

The operations that Intrum Justitia is considering acquiring generate a turnover of roughly Euro 50 million. The combination of the two operations will enhance Intrum Justitia’s products and services, especially in the early stages of the receivables management cycle.

Intrum Justitia and Dun & Bradstreet view each other as preferred suppliers for their respective areas of expertise. As such, their discussions include the continued exchange of data, and joint marketing to their shared customers.

Dun & Bradstreet has also signed a definitive agreement to sell its US, Canada and Hong Kong RMS operations businesses to a team of RMS senior managers. Intrum Justitia and this management team are considering a collaboration that will enable them to continue to offer Receivables Management Services globally.
